EY recognized as a leader in CRM, wins CRM Watchlist Elite distinction for the fourth consecutive year
New York, 10 February 2017
EY has won CRM Watchlist’s Elite distinction for the fourth consecutive year. According to CRM analyst and Watchlist creator Paul Greenberg, this year’s competition was “magnitudes harder” than last year, as only 20% of the 2016 winners would have won with the 2017 criteria.
“This achievement is a true testament to EYs commitment to the Customer Relationship space and the innovative services we offer, allowing us to stand out among our competitors and provide meaningful value to our clients,” said Kris Pederson, EY Americas Advisory Strategy & Customer Leader. “We are thrilled to be recognized as an Elite Winner in the CRM Watchlist for our customer advisory services and look forward to continued success next year.”
Paul Greenberg, President of The 56 Group, LLC, a customer strategy consulting firm, is the recognized author of the best-selling “CRM at the Speed of Light: Social CRM Strategies, Tools, and Techniques for Engaging Your Customers,” which was named one of the 12 most important books by the Asian edition of CIO Magazine.
