Our IT Services functions are collectively responsible for planning, developing, managing and operating all technology used within EY. IT Services employees work together as one global team, aligned to deliver consistent, business-driven services and solutions worldwide. As a function of our internal Core Business Services, IT Services underpins EY’s service delivery to our clients. With more than 4,000 people in over 100 countries, the IT Services team plays a pivotal role in the transformation of EY’s global business processes and the supporting application and information landscape.

The way EY people work together — and with clients — is becoming increasingly influenced by technology, and this trend is only likely to accelerate. Messaging and collaboration, mobile applications, cloud computing, social media and data analytics are all examples of how technology can enhance service delivery, drive revenue growth and profitability, and strengthen EY’s competitive advantage as the most globally integrated organization in professional services.

The balance of our IT investments is now shifting significantly. A much greater emphasis on go-to-market technologies and solutions that underpin EY’s service delivery to clients is helping EY to win in the marketplace by equipping our people with simpler, smarter and faster ways of working.
