LONDON, 19 April 2017 – EY has today announced the appointment of three new tax partners, Richard White, Nicola Westbrooke and Richard Ross, to its Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction (RHC) team.

The three partners, who were previously responsible for the real estate tax practice at KPMG, have nearly 75 years’ combined real estate experience and have been instrumental in many of the most complex and significant real estate transactions of the last two decades both in the UK and across international markets. They have advised Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), fund entities and institutional and sovereign investors.

At EY, they will advise across the entire spectrum of the real estate sector, supporting real estate owners in the creation and management of private and public property vehicles and in real estate transactions on an international basis.

Russell Gardner, Head of RHC at EY for UK&I, said: “The appointment of Richard, Nicola and Richard underlines EY’s commitment to the real estate sector. Their arrival marks another significant step on the journey of EY’s UK real estate practice and consolidates the progress we have made in the last two years.

“I’m hugely excited about the opportunities that lie ahead having been able to bring on board three partners with such wealth of real estate experience.”
