EY comment on Ofcom's consumer complaint data

Adrian Baschnonga, EY Lead Telecommunications Analyst, comments on Ofcom's announcement today on consumer complaint data:

“Ofcom’s latest consumer complaint data shows that connectivity and content users remain dissatisfied with their service providers. This is reflected in EY’s own research, which highlights that 28% of households with broadband find communication services hard to understand, while 25% find it difficult to change broadband provider. Crucially, these grievances remain as pronounced now as they were when we asked consumers the same questions three years ago.”
